I am an artist, designer, and entrepreneur based in Pittsburgh. I am specializing in theological studies at the Pittsburgh Theological Seminary where I am a Master’s Student and the President of the Women’s Caucus. I support the arts, nonprofit, and technology communities with my work as a design leader and business owner of Transparent Glass Studios. My clients and collaborative work include the U.S. Department of Commerce, Carnegie Library, Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, PLAY by Comme des Garcons, and Vivienne Westwood.
Previously, I worked in Robotics for McKesson, where I expanded the early adoption of advanced pharmaceutical robotic technology in West Coast markets. I founded a San Francisco start-up (C-Corp) earning $1.2M annually, providing fiscal and operational leadership for 15 employees. I launched an e-commerce site, art-directed fashion shoots, designed fonts, installed visual merchandising, designed print materials, created social media accounts amounting to over 10,000 followers, designed retail signage, built displays, made jewelry, designed product packaging, created clothing tags, and started two private labels. I opened two brick-and-mortar retail fashion stores in Union Square, downtown San Francisco amongst high fashion brands and major retail chains. I was appointed to the San Francisco Style Council in 2010 as a tastemaker. My work has been recognized by the Wall Street Journal, San Francisco Chronicle, SF Business Times, ELLE Magazine, NYLON Magazine, Cosmopolitan Magazine, and Complex China.
