Flora Grubb Gardens x Shotwell

About the project

The Hanging Gardens of Babylon triumphed over earth, irrigation, weight, gravity, and erosion, a feat so magnificent that it was one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Architects are still incorporating the demands of gardens into architecture and design, with results almost as spectacular.

I was an early adopter of living walls in commercial space design. I partnered with Bay Area landscape and California garden specialists at Flora Grubb to create living walls for my retail space.

Our goal for this project was to create aesthetically pleasing environments and spaces that ignite an emotional bond between customers and the brand.
